ISNtree Green Tea Toner

In my previous discussion post I have received a lot recommendation on this particular product. I am more than excited to try it out! However, I saw it in a video that it contains a natural form of salicylic acid and I wonder if this specific product would cause purging..

Salicylic acid does not cause purging. Since it’s oil soluble it penetrates the pore lining and softens hardened sebum build up which unclogs the pores, it’s excellent for clearing up blackheads and preventing pimples.

when cell turn over increase, it can bring up impurities and cause whiteheads in areas that are acne prone.

Highly doubt it will cause any purging as white willow bark is very gentle on the skin, and it seems the benefit of it for exfoliation is not yet established in studies. So far I have not heard of anyone purging from this product, and neither did I purge myself. I would say the isntree toner is not really an exfoliating toner overall

hmmm for me no. it didn't have purging effect. just it can control sebum for oily skin. and for dry skin maybe this too dry.
