Yes you can. Niacinamide is the most "flexible" active I know that you can mix or used it with every actives. I think you better not mix Glycolic acid or any other acid with retinol or retinoid, higher chance to give your skin irritation

If it's niacinamide only, then go for it. Just make sure not to mix your AHA with other actives like Vit C and retinol.

I am about to use Krave Kale - Lalu- Yaha. What not to mix with this exfoliator since it contains glycolic acid. Can i mix it with serum which contains niacinamide?
