i think old product but now's discontinued~ hmm i found more topic in japan language for this product but i couldn't find ingredients 🤔

Do any of you know this product? 
This is a product from VT, but I couldn't find a description or ingredients of this product, I've asked the brand via IG and also seller but no answer, has anyone here used it or what is the use and ingredients ?
