i don't trust lazada very much as i hv had one bad experience with fakes.
i trust shopee more, but i always go for preferred sellers or preferred+ sellers.
i also go through reviews every single time, and made sure i buy from those who hv sold a lot and generated a lot of positive reviews. once in a while their prices might be slightly higher but i have peace of mind.
most of the time i was able to find preferred sellers who charges less than many others, and worth the help of free shipping & cashback / coin cashback vouchers, i saved even more
oh, another goid feature of shopee that i don't see in lazada is that you don't have to hit the "order received" button if you see anything wrong with your product. if there's something wrong, you can chat with seller to try to resolve it, if you're still not satisfied you can complain to shopee. if the seller was indeed abusing their rights, then you get your money back, if that's your wish.

I love to shop via shopee compared to Lazada, their system is much simpler and easy to navigate and understand. For seller, I usually choose preferred seller, or must make sure the item ship directly from Korea. So far, I never had any problems.

I've been buying products from Shopee KbeautyCafe. They sell authentic products 😬 I also double check by scanning the barcodes or qr codes. 😊

I've bought some by mi cleanser from a reseller and I know it's not original. So my advice, if you want to buy products directly from the official (shopee Mall or Lazada Mall)
