The best way to fight PIE is to use either niacinamide or vitamin c🥰

I highly recommend looking for products with alpha arbutin, azelaic acid, or tranexamic acid! They brighten up the skin and help get rid of dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Niacinamide is also a really good option since it targets multiple concerns such as hyperpigmentation and acne. These are some affordable and effective options! ❤️

Start incorporating retinol and aha/bha to your routine. Before you use any of them patch test for atleast 2weeks and then introduce them to your routine. Also, look for what active ingredients to mix.

There are lots of products you can use for PIE depending on your preference and skin tolerance. You can use AHAs, BHAs, Vit. C, Retinol, Alpha Arbutin and many more. The most crucial thing is your SUNSCREEN! All of those won’t be be effective if you don’t wear spf (even indoors, on winter and cloudy days).
