Double cleansing

I usually use cleansing balm or cleansing oil first then follow with water based cleanser. The oil based first cleanser is working much better for me then micellar water, it disolves makeup and skin care easily and my skin feels cleaner. I’ll tag my favourite first step cleansers, but don’t really have preference in water based cleansers, just using whatever I have at the moment. My skin is oily, so non of them are drying for me.

Yeah i do double cleanse everyday during my evening/night skincare routine. i normally use oil cleanser followed by water based cleanser. i find double cleansing to be my staple and really look forward to it everyday 🙂 here are some of my fav cleansers for double cleansing

Mamonde if you're being lazy is a great 2 in 1 and smells fantastic!! for heavy eye makeup, res lipstick and or water proof mascara - coconut oil hands down!! it doesn't burn or sting near eye and you're going to wash it off with a cleanser of your choice so people who say it's going to clog pores, that's only the case if you leave it on the skin. you can use a balm, but they are expensive and usually aren't suppose to be used on the eyes.

I double cleanse every night since I wear sunscreen everyday. I usually change up the products I use all of the time just because I like to try new things. I feel like oil or balm cleansers provide a better cleanse compared to micellar water, and I tend to lean towards oils since balms usually come in tub type containers… I prefer to pump out an oil vs scoop out a balm.
