Get rid of PIE?

Hi! Since february i’ve been dealing with really bad acne and now it has kinda cleared up, but it left my face with red dots that after some reaserch i found out it’s called post inflammatory erythema. Can you recommend some products and/or ingredients that are good for treating PIE?

I also have lots of PIE and they take FOREVER to fade (maybe even years?). I found this super helpful info graphic from derm crystal Lee (she’s also a picky expert here!). hope it helps ☺️ for me, the dear klairs midnight blue cream seemed to help a little but I haven’t used it long enough to confirm
