hydroquinone
alpha arbutin-good for scars
azelaic acid-good for scars
retinol
vitamin c- brightening- look for products with tetrahexyl abcorbate- this is much more stable version of vitamin c that won’t oxidize (normal vitamin c (abcorbic acid) oxidizes when exposed to light and doesn’t work after that.
kojic acid- this is in the weekend glow versed toner I tagged-good for brightening
For clearing acne- benzoyl peroxide
retinol- clearing acne
salicylic acid (bha)- clearing acne
glycolic acid and lactic acid (aha)- clearing acne
heart leaf
tea tree
sea buckhorn

Also try pimple patches. it sucks all the stuff out of the pimple out overnight. Also you can use Manuka honey patches which is pimple patches but the honey is anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. it’s at cvs. also propolis is good acne. Also argan oil is good for acne because it heals scars and promotes healthy skin cell turnover. grape seed oil regulates oil production while keeping skin moisturized. Again google all these ingrediants for more info.
