It's not possible to achieve a poreless skin. Pores are part of the skin and they have a job to do. You can try to improve your skin texture and enhance the appearance of pores, but you cannot change the size of pores.
BHA, Niacinamide and Retinoids may help with the skin texture and eventually how pores look. To achieve a "poreless skin" makeup will be needed, with a help of a silicone-based primer and foundation.

Thannk you💜 I have some bigger pores here and there because of my acne scars. Do you think they can get smaller with certain products? I know that they happened because of acne (it's not how my skin was before) so maybe there are some things on the market to make them smaller again

That perfect looking skin is all filters. But if you want to reduce the appearence of pores then you would need an exfoliant (bha good for oily skin), niacinamide, retinol and a clay mask. For even toned skin; Vitamin C, Tranexamic acid, alpha arbutin

I think there's no such thing a poreless skin. Pores are normal to our skin, but if you want to reduce the appearance of your pores you must regularly exfoliate your skin (find AHA, BHA products) but not over-exfoliate, maybe 1-2x time a week, and look for the product with niacinamide and retinol they can help to rwduce the appearance of pores.
