Hi, I can high five with you - my bacne and acne on my chest makes me feel uncomfortable. What you can do at home:
1. Change cleanser - go for products with oats like aveeno, in my case I'm allergic to oats so I use 5.5 pH cleansing bath gels or cerave SA.
2. For body lotion you can go with cerave SA or even better - TIAM has body lotion for bacne and effects are so good that I need to repurchase it ASAP.
3. Twice or thrice a week you can do aha/BHA peels
4. If these don't work then I would recommend visiting a derm and asking for aklief, it's a 4th gen retinoid and in some countries its still not available but this retinoid is actually recommended for body acne
You can also visit esthetician for acid peels - stronger than home ones, microdermabrassion might be possible too, depends on what kind of acne you got.

Some time ago I realised that my hair conditioner was causing bacne as I was rinsing my hair last thing in the shower. I switched to washing my back last & it improved things a lot! Simple but seems to make a lot of difference.
