how to get coins?!

I know that this is probably a super stupid question, but I have seen thag so many people have thousands and thousands of coins and I am just wondering how that have managed to get so many!! I know we get a few for writing posts and things but my coins are going way faster then I can replenish them!! What action gives the most coins? How can I get more coins without needing to be on here 24/7? (Lol I’m a Clinical Nurse Soecialist by day so I only usually find time to come on in the evenings ) SORRY FOR THE RABT GUYS!!! Sadly you have to be very active to get a lot of coins, but every action counts! Reviews, comments, liking posts or comments, etc
