healing essence?

Hey hey hey
Just wondering if any of you out there have any recs or thoughts on a healing essence? Such as an oat essence, or centella, or something along those lines. To attack, redness, irritation, sensitivity,swelling, overpicking, stinging...

Mama went a little crazy on my 'pimples' that probably only I see. I have tons of healing serums and moisturizers and toners.

Just curious because I've wandered vast skincare products all across the globe lol..and can't really recall any.
