Been researching about this and I came up with two great options(sadly can't use them still as I am breastfeeding)
1. Benzoyl Peroxide
2. Adapalene
I put benzoyl on number one since I think it's much more effective as it destroys acne causing bacteria

azelaic acid is the one acne treatment that works on all types! even cystic!
