start at 2-3 days and use a gentle cleanser(not foaming off you have sensitive skin) and a normal and heavy moisturizer so you donโ€™t dry out! Iโ€™d recommend mineral sunscreens if you are sensitive, but otherwise sunscreen is your choice

For cleanser I would recommend something delicate like Heimish or Cerave. Not sure how your skin will react but mine had a hard time with retinoids - it became super sensitive to essential oils, scent ingredients, alcohol, etc. Moisturizer - I like to have Bioderma Cicabio Cream in my stash, but for daily use it's bit too heavy. Dr Jart+ Cicapair Cream (just make sure its cream not gel cream) was good for my skin too even if it contains essential oils. Sunscreen - I used Sesderma and now I'm using Vichy Uv Age, but new isntree should work great too. I applied retinoids (Aklief) every 3 days, then every 2 days and then every evening.

I'm a long term user of Differin. I'm using it so long now I can use other products etc with no irritation but starting off you want to keep it simple and be careful as I burned my face bad starting off by applying too much and too many other products. My neck and lips were so painful for weeks until I got my skin barrier back up and healthy. Start off only using it 2 to 3 times a week while your skin gets used to it, slowly work up to using it more regularly. Use a thick moisturiser before your Differin at night, that will lessen sensitivity and dryness etc. Just a pea sized amount is enough for the whole face. In the day you can use a lighter moisturiser like the Rovectin or Iunik one I've linked below. These are some products I have used and currently use which work well in my differin routine.
