retinoids and their derivatives may take 3-6 months before you start to see the effects. itโs dependent on the individual and which derivative youโre using. Iโd say give it more time as the skin has a natural cycle of ~28 days and so youโre probably not going to see the effects until 3+ cycles have passed.

Iโm curious about this too I was thinking of trying it I just found out you can wear it during the day and it wonโt break down with light exposure the way retinol does

yeah.. I saw a video about this. It says that if you are wearing it in the day just make sure that you also wear sunscreen. because exposure to direct sunlight makes the product less effective. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ.

thankfully, no. i stopped at thrice a week because my acne has gotten better <3 but i do think it can be applied everyday, you may just wash it off after a hour if you have sensitive skin/are really worried abt it

I did not experience severe purging. Some acnes came out but it healed faster.
Used it twice a week for 2 weeks then used it 5 times a week after. (night time routine)
