Oh I just had this today 😂. I would clean it first with a gentle cleanser if I had access to it Then I would apply low percentage benzoyl peroxide on top. After the cream is dry, I would use a pimple patch.

red one after it’s popped helps draw everything out and dry it out and the black one before it pops, keeps it clean and again helps pull it to the surface.
