The Ordinary or Ruruberry

I just found out this skincare brand Ruruberry which is similar to The Ordinary. Has anyone tried Ruruberry before? Can you share your experience? Is it any different from The Ordinary?

Ruruberry is a Malaysian brand. I haven't tried anything from them yet myself, but their products sounds promising from what I've read. Their price point is good too. You can find more reviews on Instagram. I think a lot of our local skincare reviewers/enthusiasts/influencers have tried and reviewed them ☺

Also haven't tried anything from The Raw but I know their ceramide moisturiser is quite popular. Honestly anything ceramide is always good, right? 😂

I've tried both TO - My first serum ever that I use back when I first started my skincare journey. Personally not a fan of the texture. Made my skin bumpy but I think it was my fault too since I started with 10% of Niacinamide straightaway which I shouldn't to. Repurchase ? Nope RURUBERRY - They have two formulation which is Niacinamide + Zinc and Niacinamide + HA. Mine was the one with HA and I could tell you I don't regret buying it. The texture was lighter then TO. Less sticky but still you should consider some stickiness as thats Niacinamide natural factor. Its hydrating so I guess dry skin gonna love it. Repurchase ? Too bad its a no since I don't find it necessary anymore for me to use Niacinamide alone for my skin as it can easily be found in my other products
