Hyperpigmentation 💔

I have really dark patches of skin around my mouth and honestly I have tried alot of products, they work just for a little while and then its back to square one. The products I've used previously really dried out my skin and when I used a moisturizer it will make my skin look oily. Any recommendations? Or routines?
