yes ive always experience that. it mostly happens because of hormones or my period. my skin tend to breakout a week or so before my period arrives lol

ahh I see! that’s fairly common I think- we break out before our period. I’m glad it wasn’t something random! right now I’m randomly breaking out on my forehead, period or not ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Just wondering if you always stay up late or do not have enough sleep? I only have breakouts on my forehead when I stay up late or do not have sufficient sleep. & that’s what my esthetician told me too.
