Dry/Sensitive
I am not convinced that eye creams do much more than normal creams.
I have better experience with eye serums. Most fo them contain peptides and brightening ingredients like licorice root and/or ingredients to help with bags.
The best i have tried is the Niod Eye Concentrate but it's expensive. The Argireline solution from The Ordinary is also a good peptide serum for eye area.
Otherwise, I think the Purito cream or the Klairs Awakening gel are ok
