i recommend that you use products to strengthen your skin barrier and also focus on soothing your angry acnes. you may use products with madecassoside, centella asiatica, panthensoside, ceramide

cerave moisturizing cream made my acne worst, don't recommend, but skincare is individual 🤷🏻‍♀️

if you want to focus solely on repairing your skin barrier you could simplify your routine and focus on using a good moisturizer, gentle cleanser and not using acids. 

this one really worked on saving my skin from angry irritated skin 🙌🏻
