I used several products that contains cica, propolis ingredients. propolis is anti-inflammatory properties while CICA is for calming.
try to do a very simple routine. what I did was finding a very gentle cleanser, tone, serum, moisturiser and spf. and also avoid using any harsh chemicals as well.
try cutting down on sugar, heaty food, spicy food etc. it really helps. you may also wan to consume some probiotics (eg: Yakult for me hehe)
if all the above canβt help you, then I will suggest you to pay a visit to the dermatologist. they will have a better look at your condition and give you advise based your concerns.
