1. stop using harsh actives like exfoliants and retinoids 2. if possible, skip the cleanser during the morning (just wet ur face with water before using other products) 3. use soothing and barrier fixing ingredients like centella and ceramides

keep your routine simple, gentle, and consistent! the fewer products you use, and the smaller the ingredient lists for each product, the less likely you are to experience irritation. also remember your sunscreen and avoid excessive fragrance

cica and ceramide products will help strenghtening your skin barrier!

For damaged skin barrier, it's best to go back to basics; minimize your routine and use gentle soothing products. I find cica, mugwort, and ceramides worked really well for my skin 😊
