nope. never bothered using them. i’ll stick with my skin care products which give actual and proven results lol

I have a quarts roller and gua sha that I use occasionally, but I don’t expect much from them - I like the massage, the temporary depuffing, and that they help my face oil absorb, and that’s enough for me! The unproven potential benefits sound lovely, so if they happen - great! But enjoying them for an added ritual in skincare that has a few concrete benefits is plenty 😊
