Yes I think this is the proper order. I’ve used a lot of the ordinary products and really like them, especially the price! All of the ingredients in each routine can be mixed, just make sure you’re not adding to many new ingredients.. try one at a time for a month and then add one if your skin is doing good.. you never want to damage your skin barrier by adding too many new products.

As long as your skin is fine then you can go for the routine.
Alpha arbutin can be mix with vit C. So don't be afraid of trying the products.
But you have to listen to your skin and how it reacts to the products.
