Yes, just be careful if they have sensitive skin, because these products contain some potentially irritating ingredients.
Regardless of age, the good basic routine is cleansing, spf, moisturizer. And then you can add serums etc.

My skin type is dry/sensitive & I use Freshly Juiced Duo every morning.
I think it's fine for a teen to use. Remember to patch test for β³24 hours, first! I usually patch test on my inner elbow.
However, I've read people saying teenagers do not require vitamin C as their skin renews itself quite fast. I feel it's entirely up to individuals. I'd add it to my son's routine if he requires it. He's 14, btw.
Most importantly, we should listen ππΌ to how our skin responds & take it from there.
