damaged skin barrier : seeking help for balm/ moisturisers 😖

Hi, im currently on adapalene prescription and i find out its very hard for me to manage the side effects ( redness, damaged skin barrier , irritated and flaky skin ) besides purging. Im looking for barrier reparing balms / moisturiser. Which one would be the best ?

I highly recommend u the LRP cicaplast balm or the Avène Cicalfate+ !!~ As u have oily skin u should preferably use them at night, but even if u use them only once a day, u will see amazing results!!~

i’ve never personally used them but i’ve heard good stuff about the LRP and Avene. not too sure about the others. i personally use this and it had been a godsend in fixing my damaged barrier

I vote Ceramidin or anything with ceramides, they're great for skin barrier :)

Iam never use this product, but i think La Rosche, Dr Jart+, and Avene best to skin barrier. To care skin barrier iam using snail from benton and some by mi. For some by mi, iam recommend use one set to max result.

ahhhh !! this one. I’ve tried this and still using the serum and cream. they are definitely my holy grails but I don’t feel they are sufficient enough to help my skin as my skin is super damaged rn. hence , I’m looking so thicker cream as I can layer them on top of these products. thank you so much dear for your guidance 🥰🥰🥰❤️

My vote to repair a damaged moisture barrier definitely goes for Cicaplast Baume. Despite how thick it initially feels, it does absorb quickly and makeup goes on top of it nicely. It won’t make your face look oily all day. I’d also top it with Aquaphor at night.
