Yeah, you dont need to specifically use and oil cleanser then a water based cleanser for it to be classified as double cleansing. Just washing your face twice with your regular cleanser is good enough (i think so anyways lol)
It can be easier to remove the likes of sunscreen and waterproof makeup with an oil though.

I think its’s a No ?
Cleansing oil helps you remove the oil base stuff you put on the face, so it helps you clean more deeply and helps clean what cleanser can’t.
Personally, I think using twice face wash might dry up your skin ( depend on your skin n face wash )
