Most cleansing balms have comedogenic ingredients like ethexylpalmitate or isopropyl palmitate so you have to be careful when purchasing these I also look for cleansing oils and balms with similar restrictions as yours and these are what I’ve found so far for acne prone, sensitive skin that’s oily/combination I’ve also noted that acne skin lacks Linoleic Acid and the oils I list here are high in them and quite lightweight Farmacy recently launched a Green Clean Cleansing Balm as well

Most other oils have EO as well so you need to be very careful and picky when it comes to sensitive skin
