I've read that leave on chemical exfoliators should be left on for 20-30 mins before applying the next product.
I've been doing that & I have significantly fewer whiteheads, blackheads & closed comedones.
Try the method I've suggested?

Yes iam waitting exfoliant toner up to absorbed, only arround 5 minutes. Iam use toner exfoliations mild, so i can use it every PM.

Yes !!
After using exfoliant (BHA) you need to do some research on the next product, on what pH level does it works well..
If there is a significant difference, then I usually wait a couple minutes before the next products 💕
