Brand with refills

Hada Labo has them

the only ones that come to my mind are Japanese brands like Hadalabo, Bioré, Rohto, Momo Puri...they have refills for their cleansing oils, lotions/essences, moisturizing milks and even cleansers. EDIT: Aqua Label has refills too

Another Japanese brand, Senka, also has a refill option for their product.
