ACCUTANE DOUBTS

hi! i just started with the accutane treatment (isotretinoin) and i had some questions - can i use retinol? my face is really itchy and sensitive with the product. it used to be oily and mildly sensitive before - what retinol derivative is better for acne? retinal? product recommendations for this? - hydrating cream recommendations? - spf creams recommendations? thank you so so much, i have tagged the products i currently use 💛
