I'm so afraid of The Ordinary's "red peel"! I think I just gotta gather more courage before I try it.
I've seen others' experience good results with it but I've also seen burns on some folks.
I'll check out SA Masque as I'm not aware of it.

If you want a no frill, cheap but effective at home peels then you should try Makeup Artist’s Choice. I have sensitive skin and I’ve tried their 25% mandelic peel and their fade peel. I have great results with their mandelic peel , made my pores look smaller but I didn’t see that much difference in fading my hyperpigmentation so I switched to their Fade peel. It is lightening my hyperpigmentation a bit though I am on week 3. They say best result is to be seen after 8 weeks.

Did the Mandelic Acid help smoothen your skin? That's my primary purpose of using a chemical peel.
