Oily/Sensitive
It is most likely sebaceous filaments as even though you cleansed your face from excess oil, your skin naturally keeps producing sebum until it is satisfied with how much there is, leading to the progressive appearance of sebaceous filaments. Being a fellow oily mess I totally understand what you are experiencing 😊 I hope this helps!

Without seeing what it looks like I would say sebaceous filaments that can later become blackheads.
You can't get rid of sebaceous filaments but you can maintain them by using salicylic acid, niacinamide, clay masks, avoiding comedogenic ingredients, hydrating and moisturising.
