Where are you living exactly? Because a lot of drugstores in Germany have really affordable products! General products in pharmacies are more expensive than in drugstores or online :)
But last year I bought a combo package from Cerave on black Friday for 13€ and it contains these two products! And both of them have 240ml :)

yes La Roche-posey has a few excellent cleansers and moisturizes that work well for acne prone. My nephew uses the Tolerance Purifying cleanser.
