Best Soothe, Soften & hydrate dry acne prone skin

Hiii! I'm actually thinking to buy new product for my very dry, dehydrated rough and scaly skin due to damage skin barrier could you guys recommend me several product that is something hydrating which include panthenol, sodium hyaluronate/&hyaluronic acid & allantoin to soothe, soften and hydrate rough scaly skin. It's very hard for me to pick just any cause bear in mind that i also have sensitive acne prone skin. 😓 Thinking to buy wether this two. Is it worth it or do you guys have better recommendation?
