Hi, from what you say it might be xanthelasma or milia or just a yellow pigmentation. I would recommend checking this mark with dermatologist first since it's better to be 100% sure what it is and what we can do about it.

I certainly have millia, the yellow patch I am certain is xanthelasma but my cholesterol level was very low. shall have to see if any dermatologists are local
