Retinol was discovered primarily for acne treatment so even if today it is mostly marketed as an anti-aging ingredient, it still benefits greatly for those with acne prone skin. It's not a quick solution however but will improve your skin over time.
This one is a good one to start with and you can slowly work your way up to higher strength if your skin is happy with it.
You may get some purging in the first few weeks and that's completely normal.

This should help with acne, all retinol products will. For acne I recommend a BHA product in AM and retinol for PM

oh very helpful! I have the sa cleanser from cerave can I use it in the morning and retinol at night? I also have the bha from Paula's Choice but I think it might be strong!

actually Retinol is firstly acne treatment but may be the brand is having on mind the fact that squalane might not agree with breakout prone skin. You can check for another product that is rather water-based
