I haven't tried the COSRX toner but I'm currently using Iunik propolis serum. The main difference in ingredients is that COSRX contains only propolis, while Iunik contains propolis, niacinamide and sea buckthorn (vitamin C). So it's both hydrating and brightening.
If you are looking only for hydration, COSRX toner sounds good. 🙂 If you want something more (brightening effect), go with the Iunik serum. 😉 I hope this helps. 😊
