Anyone still waiting for there product arrive

I won a SKIN1004 skin brightening ampoule but till now haven’t received any info back even no shipping yet. Does it take long to arrive or shipped. I am in Australia 🇦🇺.

Usually shipping takes 6 weeks. If it's mega giveaways, it will take even longer. I've had cases where the products just show at my doorstep without me getting any shipping updates 😂

its gonna take a while. I know on the US the place we registered for it is just now opening their US store. And they won't even be open to ship until the beginning of January (thats what the email said whe we were directed to order from there anyway 🤷‍♀️)
