it's normal! I received once before! from what my friend told me that there is high chance a lot of them didn't confirm their prizes hence picky open for the next winners that's why the "you haven't confirm email" comes in. since i didn't want to miss the chance I go for it anyway haha

I got an email like that too! I check my mail, including junk folder daily so I know for a fact I didn’t get an email from before when the deadline closed. I won the ampoule but didn’t win the toner. Now I get to have the toner too. 😃
