Hi Nicole,
It says that you’re dry/ resilient. So it’s either you’re not getting enough exfoliation or you’re applying moisturizers that trigger oil accumulation.
There are some milia that can be managed with AHAs and BHAs. So you can start with those. However, there are those that are so stubborn and deep that they have to be cauterized and extracted.
If you’re not comfortable going out to have it cleaned, start with an AHA (like glycolic) and BHA (salicylic). The AHA will soften the milia and dust off the dead skin cells, while the BHA will penetrate through the oil and will make way for new skin cells to go up. 🙂

Hi Nicole!
Milia are trapped keratin (skin cells). To manage them, it is advised to undergo exfoliation like what Elli said.
Applying retinoids like adapalene or tretinoin nightly also helps since these help soften milia by making the skin turn over more efficiently.
Milia extraction can be advised if they are soft. However, if they feel hard, topical retinoids can be applied first to soften them, to make milia extraction later on easier and less traumatizing.
Procedures like chemical peels can also address this.
Treatment really depends on the texture and amount of milia you have
Hope this helps :)

Try using an exfoliating product like the Jumiso wash off mask and if you have time to do a diamond peeling, the better for a faster peeling of the skin
