I use thicker moisturizer and do a “longer” routine (using toner, essence, serum, ampoule...) to make sure my skin is moisturized and protected well against the cold weather!~
I didn’t try anything from Glossier before tho!~

When I travel to places during winter, I use more emollient products and layer many serums and moisturizer together

Winter means I add a facial oil to my routine when it needs it and heavier, more emollient creams. I also am more comfortable using serums that leave a more oily finish like those attached. Finally, I find myself reaching for more sleeping packs.
Since I have dry(ish) skin, I always layer multiple hydrating toners, so that doesn't change.

I’m a bit broke to be able to buy extra products to change in and out based on seasons so my routine usually stays the same all throughout the year (unless I change products). However I do find that my current sunscreen is a bit too heavy for my t-zone during humid days so I’m trying to find a new affordable sunscreen to turn to during those days!
