Didn’t receive my products

It has been a month since I won two products from Skin1004 (toner and the ampoule) and I confirmed after receiving the mail from picky, but my products haven’t even been shipped! I am so disappointed since I was waiting for them to arrive and checked everyday 😭 did that happen to you too? Do you know what I can do in this case? Thank you 🥰

Nobody got it yet, it hasn't been shipped at all. it's COVID, it's Christmas, so I think it'll get shipped after the holidays.
