How long Uāve been using salicylic acid ?? It may be purging š¤š§. If it really didnāt work u could try out retinol or use pimple patches !! šš

I'd suggest incorporating an azelaic acid product. Azelaic acid is great for acne and redness. It's also pretty gentle so you can use it everyday. Some people even use it up to twice a day. Just make sure you don't experience any irritation when using it. ā¤ļø

Hi! The inkey list hast just released a blemish treatment called Succinic acid (I tag it below) I'm purchasing mine cause I thing is worth giving a try.
Also I recommend you using niacinamide and retinol for the acne too :)

It looks like cystic acne, I usually will apply azelaic acid + benzoyl peroxide or microdart/microneedle acne patch, exfoliate with AHA/ salicylic acid 3x a week.
