As for sensitive skin like myself, a lot of ppl suggest me to try PHA as it is the gentlest exfoliant out thr. I tried AHA BHA before without knowing what is it and how to use and it damaged my skin so bad. I have yet to try PHA but I am looking forward to try in the future as I won Benton PHA peeling gel ^^

you can try a mild percentage of AHA BHA PHA wash off serum first for start. or u can try an exfoliating pad if you really have sensitive skin.
