Need Recommendations for Products for Dry Lips

I have dry lips. They're even moreso that way in Winter and Summer. So, I constantly wear a balm or a gloss to keep them hydrated. My favorites right now are the ChapStick Total Hydration lip balms, especially the Essential Oils line. Can anyone recommend me some good products for my dry lips? EDIT: The Laneige sleeping mask in Berry doesn't help me. Also, I am allergic to Raspberry and Apple flavors.

The Biossance is a fancy favorite of mine! But the CeraVe Healing Ointment works really well too and is much cheaper. I also love the EltaMD UV Lip Balm during the day.
