Best acne spot treatment ?

I don’t often have breakouts but when I do I would love a good spot treatment . Any suggestions ?

2.5% benzoyl peroxide is the best one hands down! Neutrogena and Replenix have ones as well

I love the Some by mi patches, it flattens most of my pimples overnight. After it has flattend I use the Etude house, which helps with the redness as well.
