I'd go with sth containing BHA for blackheads, Niacinamide for oil control and dark circles or Vitamin C for acne scars and dullness. Some products contain both with certain percentages as to not irritate the skin. I'd never mix a pure vitamin c with a niacinamide one but if a brand has both in one product, I trust them and get those products ^-^
