Keratosis pilaris

Can anyone suggest something for KP under eye and nose area that actually works?i use a mild exfoliator (mandelic acid) twice a week..also i tried to use neutregena salycilic Cleanser(yellow one) but it didnt suit me perheps salicylic Doesnt suit ne..i have a combination skin

Those are more likely sebaceous hyperplasia or milia, I believe. Keratosis Pilaris (KP) are uncommon at under eye nor nose. If it sebaceous hyperplasia, then the treatment can only be done by dermatologist. If it milia, exfoliation can help, but it needs quite some time.
